BWAP XXXI was another victory for the young guys who came to play ball and hear a great message about Life Direction. Mr. Reggie Garner was all about education on Thursday night 12-10-15. As a guy who's gained a lot of life experience, he qualifies as a guy who's been schooled. Reggie is an Admissions Counselor for Erie Community College.
Warrior basketball with Stephen Curry and his Golden State team have been on top of the world lately with a 24 game winning streak. The BWAP winning streak has reached 31 weeks and the BWAP Team shows no sign of stopping anytime soon. Reggie Garner brought his "A" Game and gave the young men a great deal of information that can improve their lives. Erie Community College is a stepping stone to many great careers and world-wide opportunities.
Another night of relationship building, athleticism and good food has become the standard of expectation at BWAP. The guys play ball for about an hour and 15 minutes before we call BWAP Halftime. The next order of business is listening to somebody speak for 9 minutes. Do you have what it takes to become a 9MD Speaker? Reggie Garner gave the young guys 9 minutes worth of Life Direction regarding education.
Prayer is something that Stephen Curry and his teammates engage in. At BWAP we also teach our young men about prayer. I suppose BWAP could mean Ballplayers With A Prayer!
