​ When many community organizations collaborate together, great things happen in Buffalo, NY.
​ After the UB students arrived, they listened to presentations from community groups who provide services.
​ People represented the following organizations; Ivy Lea Construction, the University Heights Collaborative, the Erie County Restorative Justice Coalition and a Representative from the NYS Health Insurance Dept.
​ Mrs. Triggs from None Like You/We Care Outreach was the driving force behind a great day for the residents at Commodore Perry Housing Complex. Her volunteers cooked a nice chili dinner. The UB Students and Buffalo Police delivered chili and bags with helpful information along with Jesus Wristbands from Youth With A Purpose. The Students were escorted by Buffalo Police as they visited residents in the housing complex. Each one received a chili dinner with helpful information.
