Yuletide greetings abounded in the Buffalo Downtown Library at Fables Cafe today among old friends. Former Lake View neighbors Jim Healy and Bob Kuebler joined BWAP Director Rev. Will Coplin for some YWAP Business planning.
When a business grows, the business plan must grow with it. Youth With A Purpose has been reaching more inner-city young people with a character building message, it's time to plan how to enlarge our ability to build character.
A business plan requires input from many compassionate and caring people. Jim Healy is an expert with experience in putting together successful business plans.Bob and Rev. Will have over 60 years of experience with inner-city youth ministry. It's time to teach the young men how to become good character role models who help children build their way out of poverty and violence.
Plenty of people are needed as we build a solid foundation for a unique program that is altering the character of young people in Buffalo. If we only kept one young person out of jail that saves New York State Taxpayers $60,000 per year. We keep hundreds of young people out of jail and help many of them avoid Social Services as become employed and help pay taxes. Would you like to be a part of a life- changing opportunity?
BWAP is a unique program that helps inner-city young men become positive character role models who guide and mentor younger children. We need folks who want to help young men reach their purpose in life.

Maybe you are called to mentor and coach young people.
It only takes $5 a week to sponsor a guy at BWAP. What does $5 get? Two hours of exercise, a home-style dinner and a 9 Minute Life-Direction Speech from a guest Speaker. Thursday night at BWAP is only one night that opens the door to a relationship for life. Some guys are even provided with transportation to and from the gym. You can give any amount.
