
I read a story today about a guy who has spent over 35 years attending church and he still doesn't know what to do about poverty. He lamented the fact that he passed by many opportunities to help people.
I wonder if maybe churches shouldn't cut down on attendance and send people out into the community to lend a hand. We listen to sermons about being the hands and feet that help people, maybe we should be the sermons by our actions. Maybe we should "Be a Hand!"
