BUFFALO STATE STUDENTS CREATE A BEAUTIFUL DAY IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD!

     Young people from Buffalo State College sacrificed their free time and poured love on a Buffalo neighborhood.
​     When people work hard and smile, hope and encouragement become new heartbeats for the folks they serve.
​     After a short couple of hours, the lasting impact of good neighborliness rejuvenated some elderly folks.
​     Please say thank you to the students at Buffalo State and the folks who made this life changing event happen.
     ​YWAP was fortunate to help as neighborhood captains in the Fruit Belt for the Bengal Dare to Care Day. We were invited by Mrs. Triggs from None LIke You who was the neighborhood Coordinator. The students also served at Locust Street Art. Thank you Ken & BG Metzger for donating copies of your book "The Potter's Perfect Piece." All students received a copy.
​(If any students are wondering about Scurry the Rabbit, he was eating grass and moving around the last time we checked on him!)
