Your planning for a more compassionate America is of the utmost importance. As you fill Cabinet positions, I would like to submit my name for the position of; "DIRECTOR, GANGSTER RETIREMENT PROGRAM." (GRP)
While gangsters may not be one of your priorities, I believe that retired gangsters can become accountable and contributing members to our economy. They will support families as husbands and fathers while earning a living.
All gangster related government expenditures will be reduced through the GRP. Billions of dollars wasted by the cost of crime will be used to help young people reach their potential as the world changers they were meant to be.
Purposeful planning with a strategy for the prevention of future gangsters is a priority at Youth With A Purpose.. By forming relationships with current gangsters and helping them retire from gangster life, we can break the cycle of poverty and violence that is corrupting the inner-cities of America.
