NIGHT OUT WITH THE BILLS

Dear Friends,

 On Friday November 21 at 7-9pm, Youth With A Purpose and Athletes In Action will host a youth mentoring event: "Night Out with the Bills." Kyle Williams, CJ Spiller, Eric Wood, Scott Chandler, Manny Lawson along with other Bills Players and their wives will share personal stories about their character, morals and faith. They will also answer questions about life as professional football players.

After the program the Bills and their wives will personally greet the young people and sign the autograph booklet with pictures of the players. Tickets for the event are $2 and include the Autograph Booklet with color photos of the players and wives with the proceeds going to Youth With A Purpose help cover the costs of the event. We would like to reach as many Buffalo School students as possible, please feel free to share this opportunity with young people.

 The goal of our Mentor Force program is to ensure that every student in the Buffalo Schools has a mentor. There are many paradigms in the mentoring pyramid. By surrounding our young people with as many "Mentor Touch-Points" as possible; we will ensure that every child has a mentor.

The "Night Out with the Bills" is an example of a "Mentoring Touch Point" On November 21, 2014 at West Hertel Academy, 489 Hertel Ave. in Buffalo from 7-9pm, a large group of young people will have their lives touched by mentors who will speak about character and hope. "As iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend." Proverbs 27:17
