The YWAP Mentor team visited North Park Middle School in Lockport today. We were amazed at how respectful the students were. Everyone we met smiled and made us feel welcome.
The Teachers at NPMS are phenomenal; they are compassionate, caring and disciplined. The students reflect the respect they are given. One Teacher said that it was the students who taught him how to teach. That's powerful; he listens to the hearts of his students as he imparts his expectations to them. Respect comes full circle.
