After attending a 13 week Nurturing Fathers Program, the graduates smile as their families cheered them on.
Plenty of work still needs to be done in the neighborhood of fatherhood, but the Rise Up and Be counted Fatherhood Summit is proof that good things are happening for families in Buffalo! Youth With A Purpose was on the scene as a fatherhood education partner. Our new Strong Men Great Dads program will launch in September in Buffalo, NY, Charlotte, NC and Flagstaff, AZ with a pre-launch scheduled in July in Ecuador. The program has been translated in to Spanish. YWAP is partnering with AnchorPoint Ministries in what looks like the beginning of a global fatherhood initiative.
