The chickens were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of cooked turkeys danced in their heads.
Their nap might be short, they might be yanked out of bed,
YWAP was short on turkeys we may cook chickens instead.
In the blink of an eye and the beat of a heart,
Some neighbors gave the chickens a brand new start.
They appeared out of nowhere with turkeys in hand,
Our YWAP Thanksgiving would go on as planned.
Today at Holy Cross the hall will be filled,
With food and music new relationships we'll build.

The Annual YWAP & None Like You Community Thanksgiving Celebration is today, Monday November 17, 2014 from 4 - 7 pm. Holy Cross is located at 345 7th Street across from Tops on Niagara about 1 mile from Buffalo City Hall. We will have tickets to the Bills Night Out as long as they last, there are only 198 left as of 9:12 am this morning. If you have questions, please call 716-830-8240. A man will answer and say: "Hello this is Bob, how may I help you?"
