Yesterday a young man who used to be a part of our music team in schools stopped by to visit. He said he had a dream and wondered if we could help him to understand it. In the dream he clearly saw the words : "Proverbs 4:8." He had not picked up a Bible in years. We read the passage together and then talked about it.
God wants to give us His wisdom in small "lamp unto our feet" nuggets. When there is a big movement of potential in our lives, the tendency is to become adrenalized by our human spirit and ignore the leading of the Holy Spirit. I gave him copies of our other books: "Prayer The Book" and "Wisdom From The Hood." Both were written under the glare of His lamp!
