Grill & A Prayer Sept. (TBA) We serve hotdogs on a Buffalo, NY street corner while young people pray for neighbors, friends & maybe foes! too
Prison Visit Sept 30. 7-3 pm. @ Greene Correctional Facility
Fundraiser for None Like You/We Care, YWAP & others Chiavetta's Chicken Dinner only $10. Oct 4. 12 - 5:30 pm @ The Wall, Norfolk & East Delevan, Buffalo, NY. We are raising $ to pay for our Thanksgiving Community Celebrations. (Last year we served over 2,000 people.)
First Saturday Worship Oct. 7. (6-9 pm) Slavonic Christian Church 560 Englewood Avenue, Buffalo, NY. Come enjoy a night of Christian celebration as a participant or simply come to enjoy some God-moments. practice for those who would like to rehearse is at 5 pm.
YWAP Awards Banquet & Fundraiser Oct. 20, 6-9 pm. @ Randall Baptist Church, Williamsville, NY. Proceeds to support young men's mission trip. They'll be washing feet, delivering new sneakers and speaking in schools.
Rise Up With A Purpose 3X3 Basketball Tourney Oct. 28-29 HISTORY WILL BE MADE IN BUFFALO! This event is endorsed by FIBA - The International Basketball Federation.
Free Thanksgiving Dinners! Every year we collaborate with several organizations to hold free community dinners in several locations. Last year we fed over 2,000 folks in five locations. This year will be bigger and we need lots of help. Here are the dates so far.
November 5, Thanksgiving Dinner 3-4:30 pm. Seneca Community Church, 1218 Seneca St. Buffalo, NY
November 6 Thanksgiving Dinner (TBA) 4-8 pm.
November 7 Thanksgiving Dinner 4-8 pm. Dorothy J. Collier Center 118 E. Utica, Buffalo, NY
November 8 Thanksgiving Dinner 4-8 pm. Buffalo Missionary Pentecostal Church 224 Hudson St. Buffalo, NY.
November 9 Thanksgiving Dinner 4-8 pm. Dnipro Ukrainian Cultural Center 562 Genesee St. Buffalo, NY
November 10 Thanksgiving Dinner 4-8 pm. Monsignor Geary Community Center, 1250 Bailey Ave. Buffalo, NY.
We need all food items for a turkey dinner and folks to cook & serve.
Bills Night Out Date TBA 7-9 pm. West Hertel Academy, 489 Hertel Ave. Buffalo, NY Buffalo Bills Players and their Wives will share about Faith, Family & Football. After sharing their life stories, the crowd will have the opportunities to receive autographs. Tickets will be $3 and limited to the first 1,000 people. We hope to reach many school age children and urge them to stay in school and embrace struggle as a normal and fulfilling way of life. More news soon!

Upcoming Opportunities YWAP folks regularly speak in schools, colleges, churches and community centers. Call us if you would like a YWAP Speaker. We cover a variety of subjects related to poverty, gang violence, drug addiction, and abstinence. Our favorite topic is the Way of Truth that leads to Life (the message of Christ about loving God & your neighbor!)
